Sunday, July 6, 2025 – July Grand Ceremony
- 《Greeting by President Naya》
- 《Chanting of “How Man Should Reveal His Inner Self”》
- 《Prayer for World Peace》
- 《Divine Spark IN – once》
- 《Greeting by Yuka-sensei》
《Yuka-sensei》
Everyone, thank you very much for participating in the July Grand Ceremony today. As President Naya mentioned, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who are joining us via YouTube, and to the members who are praying at home using the booklet.
I also strongly feel that today is once again becoming a very important ceremony.
Yesterday, together with the staff, we conducted a rehearsal just like the actual event. At that time, while praying, what I personally felt was that the more I prayed, the more the energy was being absorbed. Because of that, I felt that now is the time when our energy is truly needed by the divine beings, the Kunitsu-kami, and the Great Gods.
Your sincere prayers today are needed by both humanity and the Earth. I am grateful to be able to participate in today’s ceremony and to serve together with all of you in this way.
Masami-sensei is here at Fuji Sanctuary today. However, at the moment, she is offering her prayers in a special room.
Perhaps later on, Masami-sensei may speak and share similar thoughts in her own words. But this morning, she shared a message with the staff that I felt is directly connected to this July Grand Ceremony, so I would like to pass along her words from this morning on her behalf.
“You are truly representatives of those who have continued to pray. The light of your INs and prayers is truly filling the Earth, and Goi-sensei is overjoyed.
The Universal God is also now saying, ‘Japan, Fuji Sanctuary, and Byakko have already been appointed as the center of peace.’”
And as a major message connected to today’s ceremony as well, she said, “We must go beyond national borders.”
This is because in order for all humanity to be equal and united in divinity, we must eliminate national borders.
It is precisely because there are borders that concepts like ‘this country’ or ‘that people’ arise, which leads to endless conflicts to seize from one another.
Masami-sensei said, “Now, try removing these borders.” The reason the world will become one when national borders disappear is that divinity exists within everyone.
Unless we go beyond national borders, the natural disasters, abnormal weather, and the various wars and conflicts currently taking place will not end. Many things are happening even in Japan.
At the root of it all are the negative vibrations of humanity—dissatisfaction, complaints, and a sense of lack—that are creating these disharmonious situations. It is the greedy consciousness of human beings that is generating them.
Masami-sensei also said that weather conditions can be changed by transforming vibrations—in other words, they can be saved through the Prayer for World Peace.
And the ones silently purifying those areas are the prayers of our members and the INs you form.
She told us that when all humanity begins to pray, national borders will naturally dissolve. And the center of that work is right here at Fuji Sanctuary.
Each and every one of you carries a great role. You continue to pray here, to form the INs, and to send that out into the world. That is precisely what dissolves national borders. And so today, in preparation for the July Grand Ceremony, we received another powerful message from Masami-sensei.
These words are none other than the truth itself. The current conditions of abnormal weather have been created by the vibrations of various thoughts held by humanity until now—but even that can be saved through the vibrations of our prayers.
What I received very strongly once again from Masami-sensei’s message is this: the removal of national borders and the awakening of humanity to its divinity—these two are inextricably linked.
If we want to eliminate borders, now is the time for each and every person in humanity to awaken to their divinity.
Every nation and individual is still thinking only of their own convenience. “We need nuclear weapons to protect our country.” “That’s why we fight.” “To protect ourselves, the other is the enemy, so we can do whatever we want.”
This wave of complaints, dissatisfaction, and conflict—this vibration of ego-centered, physical consciousness—must be transformed.
But once humanity awakens to its divinity, then nations will no longer be necessary, and borders will disappear. Because we will become one through divinity.
Those who can now envision that future, who can now create it, who can grasp that radiant future—are you who are connected here and now, like this.
That is exactly why you are at the center. And this July Grand Ceremony too—your consciousness is what will change the world and change the future.
Through Rika-sensei’s talk the other day, I again thought about what it really means for borders to dissolve, and what kind of world that would bring.
And what I realized is that we have become too dependent on this civilization, and I myself could no longer see where this world is heading.
But I felt I had received a hint for “What should we do, then?”—that we must awaken to our original divinity, and that we have the potential to live with divine consciousness.
When we live in this way, we will naturally come to live together with the divinity engraved in the land, in the Earth itself—with the wisdom of Mother Earth that dwells there, and the wisdom of the Heavenly Father.
Looking back, as a result of the spread of human-centered civilization, airports and other facilities have become exactly the same no matter which country you visit. But originally, each land had its own way of life, living together with the plants that grow in that soil, the animals that inhabit that soil, and the climate that suits that land. From that way of life, cultures were born, and with them, languages.
For example, in the Tohoku region and other cold areas, there are dialects that use single-syllable words like “i,” “nu,” or “chi.”
That is because such words allow people to speak without keeping their mouths open for long periods. In cold seasons, if you keep your mouth open for too long, it may freeze. Each region has its own wisdom adapted to its natural conditions.
If people living in every region remember their divinity and live in sacred connection with the voice of the original Mother Earth, or with the plants and animals living there, each culture will naturally be preserved.
And when people from different regions interact, the divinity that has come from afar connects with the divinity rooted in that land. At that time, there will be no borders or nations—everything will remain in harmony, and each color that people possess will maintain its individuality. A harmonized Earth will emerge there.
That is precisely why we must now connect with “The Ultimate Source of the Universe.” This is what Rika-sensei will speak about in her upcoming lecture on Lao Tzu.
We are praying on the level of physical vibrations, saying, “May peace prevail on Earth.” And we are sending prayers into the depth of the current phenomena to fulfill our divine mission. We connect ourselves with the light that lies even deeper and perform the Mudra of Divine Resurrection. It is important that we live while thoroughly observing everything from a higher perspective, with the awareness that “Humanity is originally divine.”
It is not just about looking at the visible phenomena, but about reaching into the deeper and deeper world of light vibrations and bringing them down. That is why, as Masami-sensei says, we are able to help save the world.
What we are grasping and bringing down is the vibration of this light and the energy of divinity. And the ones who are capable of doing this are you—each and every one of you. Today will be a day in which such energy is at work.
Today as well, a great amount of energy will be used. That is our true wish.
From now on, we will send the light of sincere prayers and mudras across Japan and to every country in the world, and we hope to witness a world where humanity awakens to its divinity, and beyond that, a world where all national borders have melted away.
With that, I thank you all for your presence today.
- [Reading from Goi-sensei’s book Lectures on Lao Tzu: “Return to the Ultimate (Mukyoku)”]
[Rika-sensei]
Good morning, everyone. We will now begin the main program of the Great July Ceremony of 2025.
In this significant year of 2025, as we step into a new era, it becomes ever more important that each one of us connects with the heart of the Universal God and deepens our prayers in resonance with the sacredness of all Japan, all nations of the world, and the Earth itself.
Before we begin the upcoming “Prayers of Divinity for All Japan and Every Nation in the World,” I would like to read a passage from Goi-sensei’s Lectures on Lao Tzu, Lecture 13, “Return to the Ultimate (Mukyoku),” in order to harmonize the wave of our hearts in this time-space moment, elevate our consciousness toward the Universal Core (the ultimate origin of all subatomic particles, from a scientific perspective), and enter into prayer.
On pages 5 and 6 of your booklet, you will find an excerpt from this lecture. The section titled “Return to the Ultimate” expresses the profound spiritual reality of our becoming one with the heart of the Universal God—it is an extremely deep teaching.
“To know the white and preserve the black is to be a model for the world. Being a model for the world, through one's constant virtue, one can return to the Ultimate.”
The “white” in “to know the white” refers to the pure and refined light created by the harmonious interaction of various rays of light—in other words, the vibration of White Light itself. Truly knowing it means not just understanding it intellectually, but also knowing it with the heart and expressing it through one’s actions.
The “black” refers to the general state of imperfection in this world. To “preserve the black” means to embrace all beings while becoming one with the Earth and one with the universe.
Next, “being a model for the world” means to live in such a way that one displays a noble character that anyone would recognize and admire.
Following that, “constant virtue” refers to the image of a person who is naturally acting in oneness with Heaven and Earth, with the universe, continuously storing treasures in the treasury of Heaven.
Finally, “the Ultimate” refers to the great power that gave birth to this universe and continues to sustain all existence—the incomparable, absolute source of all energy.
Because Lao Tzu understood such cosmic truths, he taught, “To know the white and preserve the black is to be a model for the world. One who lives as a model for the world can return to the Ultimate through their constant virtue.” In this, he was pointing the way toward how humanity is originally meant to live.
For us, this means always praying for world peace, forming the Mudra of Divine Resurrection, and living with our consciousness directed toward our Guardian Spirits, Guardian Deities, and the Universal God. This kind of life, I believe, is what it means to “know the white and preserve the black.”
To preserve the black also means to give our best efforts in this physical world in response to all that is fading away.
If, having known the white, we preserve the black and live each day without being dominated by karmic thoughts or by things that are disappearing, then we will ultimately be able to return to the heart of the Universal God.
Goi-sensei writes in his Lectures on Lao Tzu that Lao Tzu’s phrase, “Return to the Ultimate,” is in fact a truly immense and profound teaching. I would now like to read that part for you.
“The phrase ‘Return to the Ultimate (Mu-kyoku)’ is truly an immense one. It means to return to the ultimate point—the extreme of nothingness—reached by tracing and retracing the radiant light of truth, deeper and deeper, into the still, silent vastness of the sky, and even beyond. That is why it carries such tremendous weight.”
“The extreme of nothingness—Mu-kyoku—is the very root of the heart of the Universal God. Therefore, to return to Mu-kyoku means to become completely one with the heart of the Universal God itself.”
“When we go deep—deep into this world of physical vibrations—we enter into the world of spiritual light. And when we fully immerse ourselves in that world of spiritual light, another world, an even deeper world of divine illumination, opens up beyond it.
These worlds of light unfold in many layers, expanding farther and farther inward. At the very innermost depths lies a world in which the entire profound whole becomes oneself—the world of Mu-kyoku.
It is the very world within the 《Universal Core (Uchuu-Kaku)》, as we always refer to in the context of cosmic particle science. It is the primal origin of the life vibrations of all things in the universe—that is Mu-kyoku.”
Even though we are daily surrounded by various fading-away forms within the vibrations of the physical world, we continue to pray the Prayer for World Peace, offer our gratitude to the Guardian Deities and Guardian Spirits, form the Divine Spark IN, and take part in the work of world peace.
By living each day in this way, we will ultimately, in the end, return to 《The Ultimate Source of the Universe (Mu-kyoku)》.
Goi-sensei wrote the following in the final six lines of Lecture Thirteen in Lectures on Lao Tzu.
Do not fall into despair just because you feel you lack special talents,
nor should you give up on yourself thinking you are clumsy or incapable.
If you constantly place your thoughts into the heart of the Universal God—the source of life, that is, into the Prayer for World Peace—and live through your present circumstances with sincerity, then from within the heart of the Universal God, waves of divine light will overflow and pour into your physical body, and you will naturally become a person with an indescribable charm.
Please live your life while deeply embracing these words of truth:
“Trust in your divine mission and do all you can as a human being,”
and “Heaven helps those who help themselves.”
Thus, Goi-sensei concluded Lecture Thirteen with these words.
When we make “Trust in your divine mission and do all you can as a human being” and “Heaven helps those who help themselves” the guiding principles of our daily lives, and when we live each step in prayer, the light of the Universal God flows into our being.
We are those who know the white, preserve the black, live among others, and pray with them.
To live in a way that continues to perform the Prayer for World Peace with the Awareness of Fading Away, while forming the Divine Spark IN, is precisely to “know the white and, while dwelling in the fading black, live among others”—and through that, to naturally become a model for the world.
Such a way of living is the very expression of the heart of God, and the one who lives in this way becomes connected with the ultimate virtue of the universe. In time, that virtue begins to act beyond the person’s own will, ultimately leading to a return to 《The Ultimate Source of the Universe (Mu-kyoku)》, the source of all existence.
Today as well, through each of your precious vessels, and through the hearts of the Guardian Deities and Guardian Spirits, we would like to send the light of prayer toward world peace and the divine reawakening of humanity.
Now, together with all of you, we will enter into prayer after forming the Divine Spark IN with this elevated consciousness.
As you form the mudra, please hold this awareness:
“I am connected with the heart of the Universal God. I am a vessel that returns the light of the 《Universal Core (Uchuu-Kaku)》 to the Earth.”
Thank you very much.
- 《Prayers of Divinity for All Japan》
- 《Prayers of Divinity for All Nations》
[Yuka-sensei]
Everyone, thank you very much for sending such sincere and powerful prayers and the light of the Divine Spark IN to all of Japan and to countries around the world.
As I mentioned at the beginning, the light of the prayers and mudras you offered so earnestly has indeed been beautifully delivered to every corner of Japan and the world.
Your sacred姿 in prayer, as Rika-sensei mentioned at the start, is truly the embodiment of a life that “knows the white and preserves the black, becoming a model for the world.”
As I listened to her, I found myself thinking, “There are so few who are truly able to know the white, stay close to the fading black, and continue delivering the white light of heaven into this world.”
That is precisely why I cannot help but offer my deepest gratitude to all of you who prayed today. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.
In the prayer we just completed, we returned to 《The Ultimate Source of the Universe (Mu-kyoku)》, became completely one with the heart of the Universal God, and made it through the long journey of prayer for Japan and the world until the very end.
Now, in this very moment—having completed that prayer—we are here as beings of pure light, entirely one with the Universal God, free from distraction or thought.
We will now move into “Gratitude to the Earth and All Life” and “Time to Be Enveloped in the Resonance of Divinity.”
As we enter that next part, I invite you to once again hold this awareness in your heart:
“We are already beings of pure divinity, entirely one with the heart of the Universal God.”
With that consciousness, let us now gently and quietly offer our heartfelt gratitude toward nature and all living beings.
As you do so, I ask that you quietly direct your inner gaze not only toward the visible blessings of nature and life, but also toward their invisible, spiritual workings.
With a consciousness connected to 《Mu-kyoku》, and with the deep awareness that “all is sacred; all is one with the light of divinity,” let us now begin this next part of gratitude together.
Thank you again, everyone, for continuing with us.
- 《Gratitude to the Earth and All Life》
[Yuka-sensei]
Everyone, thank you for your prayers during the Gratitude to the Earth and All Life. We are now approaching the conclusion of today’s program.
At this time, I would like us to once again express our gratitude for the great work you have all offered today, and enter into a moment of being enveloped in the Resonance of Divinity.
When we transcend all division and look upon everything with eyes that see the love of God and the sacredness within all things, then the outer world, too, begins to shine, illuminated by the love of the Divine Beings.
Thanks to all of you, people are awakening to their own divinity. Borders are dissolving and disappearing. We are now creating a world where mutual recognition transcends differences.
Through being allowed to take part in this noble and sacred work today, our own divinity has deepened even further. And at the same time, the divinity of all humanity around the world is beginning to awaken as well.
Let us now take a brief moment to truly feel this within ourselves, to give thanks to our own being who accomplished this sacred work, and to envision that divine work spreading outward to the whole.
From here, we will read together the words found on page 20 of your booklet. I will say “Yes” to begin, and then read one line at a time. Please repeat the same line aloud with me slowly, or hold it gently in your heart. Thank you very much.
- 《Time to Be Enveloped in the Resonance of Divinity》
“Today, through this noble and sacred work, my own divinity deepens, and at the same time, the divinity of the world is beginning to awaken.
United as one with the heart of the Universal God, I see love in all things.
I am a pure and clear light, an existence of divinity itself.
Embraced by the deep compassion of the universe, I shine with divinity here and now, and I exist.
The path I walk is always fulfilled through the heart of God.
We thank you, Guardian Spirits, Guardian Deities, and Goi-sensei.”
- 《Prayer for World Peace》
- 《Dharma Talk by Masami-sensei》
[Masami-sensei]
To our Chairperson, directors, all staff, and above all, to our precious, precious members who have supported this gathering for such a long time, I would like to once again express my heartfelt gratitude.
Goi-sensei gave me this wonderful Fuji Sanctuary and such an outstanding and dedicated staff.
Standing here today, I am filled with such deep emotion, joy, happiness, and gratitude—so much so that I can hardly find the words to express the bliss I feel as I speak with you now.
Today, people in Japan and around the world look upon Fuji Sanctuary, myself, Hiroo-sensei, our children, and all the staff with great respect.
But that respect is not due to me, my husband, or our children. It is because each and every staff member and each and every member has, for decades, sincerely offered their hearts and bodies, and devoted themselves to faithfully passing on Goi-sensei’s teachings. For this, I offer my deepest gratitude once again.
I truly believe that Goi-sensei is now rejoicing from the divine world.
Among our members, there are those who, like me, have difficulty walking or are advanced in age and wish to come to Fuji Sanctuary but find it difficult to move their bodies. Please know that all of your prayers are reaching the heavens.
Being able to watch from start to finish and pray together with the members, I found myself thinking, “There are few people in this world who live such a blessed life.”
When I look back on the many prayers that have been offered at Hijiri-ga-oka Dojo and Fuji Sanctuary, I realize that ours is the only group that consistently uses the prayer words “May Peace Prevail on Earth,” which were received from Goi-sensei.
We truly believe that only through the peace of all humanity can our own personal peace be established.
Peace for oneself alone, or for one's family alone, cannot bring peace to the world. Poverty, illness, earthquakes, and other natural disasters will continue to repeat endlessly, and no matter how much time passes, the world will not become peaceful.
It must be that the emotional and mental waves swirling in the hearts of human beings are suffering. Many people live in such painful emotional states, feeling like they want to cry out, “I’m suffering—can’t something be done?”
That is why the natural phenomena respond to that inner state, showing up in ways such as extreme heat or torrential rains—continuing to purify the hearts and minds of humanity.
Today, I watched all of you from my room upstairs, through the television. You were truly serious. You were praying with your whole being, as if your very lives depended on it.
There was absolutely no trace of personal emotions like, “What do I want to eat for lunch today?” or “I’m hungry,” or “What should I do after this?” or “I want to go out tomorrow.”
Because thoughts are waves, you know—they all reach me. Your consciousness today was truly magnificent.
I have come this far surrounded by the most wonderful Chairperson, board members, staff, and members, all of whom have cherished and supported me dearly.
I am now 84 years old. And yet, I continue to walk outward into the world with energy. That’s because I still continue to receive Go-Shinji—sacred directives from Goi-sensei.
In fact, I spend nearly half of each day, walking until around 3 p.m., every day.
I go to various places as directed from above, offering prayers for world peace and performing the Divine Spark IN, and I have continued doing this in good health all the way to now.
This is all thanks to your prayers and your great efforts—the vibrations from even just a part of those efforts being sent out into the world have reached me, and have enabled me to do what I do.
Japan is now being regarded as the No. 1 most respected nation in the world. And at Fuji Sanctuary, people of great virtue—some even unknown to the Chairperson or the board—have quietly entered.
It seems that through connections with my husband, Hiroo Saionji, and Kimimaro, and through the lineage of Shou in my own blood, many of those related to them have silently come to Fuji Sanctuary out of interest in what kind of place it is where the two of us are working together.
Later messages from such people tell us things like, “The moment I entered that place, I felt my life was revived,” or “It was truly wonderful.”
There is nothing ornate there—only the national flags of the world, peace poles from each country, and maps from around the globe.
While people all over the world tend to act only for themselves or their own countries, Byakko Shinkou Kai does not act to protect or promote its own religious standing, but instead thinks about the entire world, and about all matters on the Earth.
The greatness of Byakko Shinkou Kai has been shared with me again and again, both directly and indirectly, through letters and messages from many people.
Those who have seen the display of flags from every country at Fuji Sanctuary—especially visitors from overseas—are always astonished. They are deeply moved to say, “Look, my country’s flag is there!”
And so, what I want to say is simply: thank you. Thank you so very much for all these years.
This Fuji Sanctuary will surely continue on into the future. More and more people from around the world will say, “Before I die, I want to visit Japan at least once and see this place called Fuji Sanctuary.” It will become a land of aspiration—a symbolic destination.
I truly feel proud to have worked together with all of you for such a long time. I feel deeply happy, humbled, and grateful beyond words. I don’t even know how to fully express my thanks.
Still, as long as I live, I will continue to live with all my heart. And once I have fulfilled my divine mission, I hope to support all of you from the divine world.
But even now, I can say—I am the happiest of all. Happier even than Goi-sensei.
Goi-sensei’s time was filled with hardship. He started from nothing, offered countless prayers, purified and saved those in poverty—he was truly a being of magnificent love.
It is through my connection with such a Goi-sensei that I was raised by him, and shown the boundless greatness of God's love.
More than money, status, or position, I was taught the power of love that saves others with just a single word from Goi-sensei’s deep compassion, and the way of treating all people equally with love. That is how I have come this far.
Thanks to all of you, our movement has now spread around the world. Last year, many top leaders from various countries came to visit. And I hear they’ve said, “I want to go to Fuji Sanctuary again.”
Just the other day, three distinguished foreign guests visited. They came without using their titles.
They came through my husband’s connection, and they were truly impressed. They said, “There’s no gold or glitter here, and yet our national flags were flying beautifully.”
They were also moved by the fact that, even on rainy or snowy days, people continue to sit on the ground and offer prayers. Seeing that scene—not in words or photos, but with their own eyes—they left truly inspired.
We do not promote or advertise ourselves at all. We simply say, “There is such a place,” to those who wish to come.
But lastly, I want to offer my deepest gratitude to the Chairperson, the board, all the staff, and all of our members.
Please continue to support us in the days to come.
Today has been a truly happy day.
I have no regrets at all, even if I were to die now. I will simply ascend to Heaven with gratitude in my heart for each and every member, for Fuji Sanctuary, for the Chairperson, the board, and all the staff.
You, our members, have continued to pray so sincerely. I believe that, like me, many of you may be growing older. But please know—you are absolutely being saved.
Even if your body can no longer move, through your prayers and Divine Spark IN, you are delivering light, love, and truth to the entire world. That is a living reality.
Even if your body doesn't move, even if you cannot explain anything with words, your very presence has become light itself.
That is why I offer my deep gratitude to all of you members who continue to pray diligently from your homes.
From here on, Fuji Sanctuary will continue to grow and flourish, and the day will surely come when the world becomes one. Let us keep going until that time arrives.
We may not know how far we can go physically, but our consciousness will carry us forward.
Thank you very much from my heart.
Thank you for allowing me to be present for such a wonderful gathering today.
This concludes my message.
End
