1）Turkey & Kurd
In the NATO meeting that was held in Spain on June, Turkey supported Finland and Sweden to become member nations of NATO on the condition these countries will restrict activities of PKK (Kurdish extremist organization.) Participation of these countries in NATO will incite irritation of Russia, further increasing the tension in Europe.
2) Russia & Ukraine
Exchange of the largest number of prisoners --144 from both sides-- was conducted on June 29 since the breakout of the war. They were all wounded soldiers.
