1) Myanmar
As civil war continues in Myanmar, there was an explosion on May 31 in the capital city, killing 10 people. Both the military regime and the democratic wing (National Unity Government) claim that the other caused the indiscriminate terrorism. In the country that consists of many tribes, lack of unity in the minds of people with different ethnic backgrounds is causing this domestic confusion.
2) Uyghur
A German researcher made public a file of suppression China has been giving on the Uyghur. It includes photos of a camp, people who are handcuffed and ironbound, and recordings of interrogations. Although UN officials visited Uyghur to investigate into the condition of human rights, the investigation was far from enough.
3) Russia & Ukraine
The war is still continuing even after major cities in eastern Ukraine have mostly been taken over by Russia. It appears Russian forces are intending to take control of entire Luhansk.
