1) Consolidated municipal elections
In Japan, consolidated municipal election race is going on. The Unification Church is deeply influencing this election through 150 Diet members and 800 local assembly members who are related with them as well as through 44 diet/assembly members who belong to the Unification Church trying to make their creed Japan’s national religion. The government and media are taking advantage of the forgetfulness of the Japanese; they are guiding the Japanese to forget about the Unification Church by decreasing reports about them.
1) Russia and Ukraine
President Putin said in an interview on March 25 that Russia would deploy tactical nuclear missiles in Belarus by July to counteract NATO’s same missiles deployed in Europe. In this circumstance, Prime Minister Kishida presented Zelensky a rice paddle inscribed “victory” in Japanese only to show his thoughtlessness.
