1) Türkiye, Syria, Kurd
The dead in the great earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria exceeded 41,000 as of February 15. The UN estimates that the number will reach 50,000 due to the aggravating security and freezing temperature that drops below zero. As Russian attacks continue in Donetsk, NATO’s defense ministers agreed to strengthen their aid to Ukraine.
