1) Albania
Albanian mafias called Mafia shqiptare have traditionally been engaged in various crimes in Europe and America such as transport of illegal drugs, weapons etc. In 1985, 25 to 40% of the heroin that existed in the U.S. was imported by Albanian mafias. It is also considered that Albanian mafias are supporting Kosovo Liberation Army with the money obtained from drug deals.
1) Kosovo and Serbia
At present, 90% of the residents of Kosovo are Albanians and 10%, Serbians. Complex historical backgrounds of Kosovo are giving rise to continuous conflicts including air attacks on Serbian residential areas by Kosovo special-forces.
2) Russia & Ukraine
Ukrainian government admitted that they were responsible for the air attacks on 2 air force bases in Russian territory on December 5 that killed 3. On December 5 and 6, there were other drone attacks on Russian military and oil facilities. These may invite even stronger retaliation attacks on Ukraine.
