1) Japan’s nuclear power plants
The Ministry of Economy & Industry is promoting nuclear power generation, but their plan is full of contradictions. Nuclear power generation creates nuclear wastes, but there is no prospect that the construction of nuclear reprocessing plant in Rokkasho village, Aomori prefecture can be completed. Japan Nuclear Fuel Service Company that is undertaking the work submitted to Aomori prefecture the 26th postponement report of the completion of their Rokkasho plant. The original date of the completion was 25 years ago. Also, the Japanese government has officially decided to drain the processed water of Fukushima plant to the ocean starting next spring. The processed water contains not only tritium but also carbon-14 that injures human DNA.
2) Japan’s offensive capability

G7 and EU are implementing an additional sanction against Russia―setting the maximum price to Russian crude oil―in order to decrease Russia’s income through the export of oil. However, the damage it can give to the Russian economy seems to be limited.
