On November 13, there was an bomb explosion in Istanbul, killing 6 and injuring more than 80. The government of Türkiye determined it to be a Kurdish terrorism and has been making air strikes in northern Syria to destroy Kurdish militias. President Erdogan even referred to a ground attack.
2) Indonesia
There was a M.5.6 earthquake in Java on November 21. The victims were 268 dead, 151 missing, and over 1,000 injured. More than 50,000 people are without shelter and are in acute need.
3) \Russia & Ukraine
A U.N. report clarified that Russian war prisoners had been tortured and killed by Ukrainian soldiers. It also reported that Ukrainians who did not fight in the war had been killed without trials. Meanwhile, President Zelensky blamed Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructures calling them “energy terrorism.”
