- India
One of the reasons for the collapse of the bridge that killed 132 people in India on October 30 seems to be too much weight given to the bridge: hundreds of people who had gathered to a festival were on the bridge.
- Russia & Ukraine
Ukraine regained Kherson province and Russia retreated from there. However, electricity, water, and other infrastructures have been destroyed, giving great difficulties to people’s lives. Satellite images show that a dam and some bridges over Dnieper River have been destroyed. Destruction of the dam may make it difficult to supply cooling water to Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
