Good morning, everyone. Thank you very much for joining the Video Prayer Gathering on Saturday, September 27.
I feel as though I say this every time, but the days and months are truly passing so quickly. In the blink of an eye, September is already ending, and there are only three months left in 2025. The season is gradually becoming cooler.
In this context, as I reflect once again on the fact that the Rebirth of Human Divinity Festival was carried out smoothly and without hindrance at the beginning of September, two things come to mind.
1．On the day of the Rebirth of Human Divinity Festival, the dimension of the Earth was elevated.
2．We, Byakko Shinkou Kai, are also undergoing great evolution and transformation in unseen realms under the theme of “Divinity.”
At the Rebirth of Human Divinity Festival, I was once again able to feel the greatness of the “Divine Spark IN.”
The “Divine Spark IN” that you are forming daily—its working, its resonance, and its Light—was explained by Masami-sensei, who said that it “continues without ever disappearing and covers the entire Earth.”
Because of this, I feel how much the Mitama spirits who have passed away during this past year have been saved, awakened to Truth, and reborn as Light itself through the Light, resonance, and power of the Divine Spark IN that you have formed.
Through this, I have felt once more the greatness of the Divine Spark IN, and the greatness of your devoted work in continuing to form it.
The Hōyu-shin deities are always working together with us in the heavenly realm—together with the many members who have been laid to rest in the Natural Cemetery at the Fuji Sanctuary, as well as those who have not.
It is said that once a year, on the day of the Rebirth of Human Divinity Festival, the boundary between Heaven and Earth is removed, and Heaven and Earth function as one. At the time of the Festival, I always feel this anew.
Looking toward the future as well, I felt the resolve to continue walking together with all of you into further evolution toward the Age of Divine Rebirth.

For many years, we have continued to offer the prayer, “May Peace Prevail on Earth.” Today as well, within this special program, I would like to join with all the members to let the long-standing resonance of Light resound once more.
Through the activities of MPPOEI, I was given the opportunity to travel to the United States two weeks ago, and I am also scheduled to travel to other countries next week and the week after.
This is in response to the wishes of people who want to establish Peace Poles and those who want to hold Flag Ceremonies.
Thus, I have had increasing opportunities to travel overseas, and what I truly feel on such occasions is that people who hear the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth” instantly connect with this prayer.
This prayer—or rather, this message—is now connected with many people, who are embracing its depth and importance.
What I sense in this is that the speed at which people connect to the essence of this prayer is completely different now compared to when I traveled abroad 10 or 20 years ago.
Perhaps you too feel the same in your own daily lives. For those who are not members, the phrase “May Peace Prevail on Earth” may seem like just words, just a message, but in truth, I believe it is “a universal message for all humanity.”
Now there are more and more people who realize that “to hold this message at the axis of one’s heart is precisely what each of us must treasure from here forward,” and those who directly feel the joy of having encountered this message.
Each time I sense this expansion, I realize that this message is spreading in this way precisely because members of Byakko Shinkou Kai (we) are continually placing the vibration of Light through prayer upon these words of the message.
Words are vehicles of consciousness. Therefore, depending on what energy we place upon the words we speak, the way the message is conveyed changes, and the way it is received by those who hear it also differs.
Why is it that the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth” are not just mere words, but rather words that carry depth, Truth, and the energy of Peace?
It is because all of you members, over many long years, have continually placed the essence and quintessence of this prayer—the “resonance of Light”—into these words through prayer, and further placed within them the “divine resonance” and the “resonance of Truth.”
For this reason, when people first encounter these prayer words, they unknowingly sense the profound history and the energy of God behind them, and as those words are received into their hearts, an instant transformation occurs within the consciousness of each individual.
In this way, by instantly connecting with the divinity within those who newly encounter these words, the words are cherished and deeply received; I feel this as I see the figures of those who take in this message.
(Reflecting on the history of the world peace movement through prayer that began in 1955) At this time in history as well, I deeply feel the importance and depth of the existence of Byakko Shinkou Kai, and of the members behind it who have always been offering prayers—both in the past and in the present.
Therefore, we have continued this Video Prayer Gathering, and in this way you have all been treasuring and continuing this prayer in your daily lives.
At the same time, when once or twice a month we connect with one another through the Video Prayer Gathering and offer “Prayers for Peace to Each Country in the World,” I am deeply grateful that all of you members connect profoundly with Truth, with Divinity, and through this prayer, truly place the energy of prayer upon the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth.”
Together with this, I also feel how important our daily prayers are. For the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth” to continue as words that transmit the will of the Universal God, it is essential that we keep praying and keep placing the energy of Light upon them.

I truly felt that what was just shared is of great importance.
In English, the words are “May Peace Prevail On Earth,” and in Japanese, “Sekai Jin-rui ga Heiwa de ari-masu you-ni.” I would like to speak about how these words of Light spread in breadth as a grassroots movement.
This “message” is welcomed openly, but it does not end there. The reason is that all of you members of Byakko deeply treasure and pray with the vibration that exists before the “surface words of the message”—the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth.” You are praying with the “Resonance of the Source of the Word.”
We know how profoundly resonant this prayer truly is. And we embody the awareness that “this prayer itself is who we are.”
Just a moment ago, Maki-sensei explained that it is precisely because all of you, day after day for many years, have been delving into the resonance of Divinity and of Light within your daily prayers, that as the grassroots activities of MPPOEI spread, new people who encounter the words “May Peace Prevail on Earth” unconsciously receive the noble resonance that lies behind them.
Today, so that we may continue to carry out such work with even greater awareness, I would like to read aloud Goi-sensei’s poem “Kokoro” (Heart).
In this poem, Goi-sensei expressed within song lyrics the story of humanity’s search for “the heart” and its eventual discovery. Ultimately, he wrote that the heart is “the working that unites Heaven and Earth,” and that “the true role of the heart is for the heart as the vessel of the body and the heart in Heaven to work together in one straight alignment.”
The heart exists within many layers of consciousness, but as we become aware of the highest level of humanity’s direct spirit—the source of life, the origin of Light—when we begin the Prayers for World Peace with “Afghanistan,” the intention is not directed at the surface concept of the nation called “Afghanistan.” Rather, it is to let the resonance of this World Peace Prayer echo into all the realms of the hearts of all people connected with the land of Afghanistan.
As Maki-sensei said earlier, we do not simply pray, but we place the resonance of Light, the resonance of the Divine World on high, upon the prayer for each country.
At present, various political movements are occurring in Japan, and in the United States assassinations and other changes are taking place, while conflicts and wars are unending throughout the world. In such times, what is crucial is where within the heart we place the “axis of consciousness” as we live.
In the case of Japan, is our axis placed on “protecting Japan conservatively at all costs”? Or is our axis placed on the great land, the natural world, and all life that has existed continuously even before the form of the nation was established, praying with the awareness that “we are part of nature; we are nature itself”?
Depending on how we hold our hearts, the content of our prayers changes greatly.
Today, after I read from Goi-sensei’s writings, we will share a quiet time together to send the Divine Light to all the nations of the world. Thank you very much for your cooperation today as well.

Thank you, everyone. The book I will read today is To Love. I will read from page 145, the opening part of the chapter “On Life and Heart.”
Including the commentary, there is a stanza of poetry that appears midway, but as you listen, please receive it with your highest “True Heart,” while sensing Goi-sensei’s spirit and also sensing the resonance of humanity’s search for “Where is the heart to be found?” Now I will begin reading.

【On Life and Heart】
Where is the heart to be found?
There are many things that human beings do not understand, but what is most important for human beings—life itself and the heart—what they actually are, how and where they were formed, where they come from and where they go, and in what state they exist within human beings, is something that the people of Earth do not know at all.
It is a strange thing that even without understanding this most important matter of life and heart, human beings are able to go on living without concern. Rather than devoting their energy to these essential issues, people focus their wisdom and abilities on the immediate problems of interests and conflicts that appear before their eyes.
Such upside-down thinking leads to war and environmental pollution, driving humanity on Earth into dire straits. Neglecting the very foundation of life itself and the heart itself, while turning their attention only to peripheral issues, it is inevitable that people proceed in a direction opposite to the true nature of life and heart.
Without knowledge of the fundamental nature of life and of heart, people chase only after temporary gains and losses, never able to grasp what kind of existence is appropriate for the purpose of life-consciousness, what path the heart desires, or the profound truths that connect to eternity.
With the development of human civilization and culture, pollution that threatens the collapse of this Earth has begun to be recognized as a problem worldwide. It is not only an external phenomenon but also manifests in movements of the human spirit, giving rise to abnormal behaviors inconceivable to people of the past. Now is the time when we must probe the origin of life and clearly recognize the true nature of life and of heart.
The modern human view is that life exists only in the body, and disappears when the body perishes, and that the heart likewise belongs only to the body. But if this view continues, human evolution will come to a dead end, with no path but toward destruction.
The tragedies of today’s humanity have arisen from having completely forgotten that each individual possesses eternal life and an eternal heart. Why is this so? Because people think of themselves as small, limited beings of only some 150 or 160 centimeters, and view society and nations as collections of such beings, they inevitably engage in shallow, narrow self-protection.
This is the very beginning of human unhappiness. Therefore, unless human beings establish all ways of living based on recognition of the true nature of life and heart, humanity can never attain happiness. It is for this reason that we must seriously consider where the heart truly resides.
Here I would like to present my poem “Kokoro” (Heart).

Heart, our heart, where do you dwell
True heart, our true heart, where do you dwellThrough countless lifetimes of seeking
At last I came to know with certaintyThe dwelling place of the heart
The heart was in Heaven
It was within life
It was within LightIt was within me
The heart was myself

The heart was LightIt was a wave of Light
That gently unites people with one another
That directly connects Heaven and Earth
The reason I present this poem here is because it describes with great accuracy the state and nature of the heart. The heart was in Heaven. It was within life. It was within Light. It was within me. Indeed, that is what the heart truly is. And moreover, the heart is a wave of Light that unites people with one another in harmony and directly connects Heaven and Earth.
If we neglect the original heart of humanity, how could we ever manifest perfect human beings in this earthly world? Everything must be carried out in accordance with the original heart, using it as the starting point for all living and all activity.

When I read Goi-sensei’s poem titled Kokoro (Heart), I am reminded of how, in daily life, we often think that the movements of our surface-level heart—“I dislike this,” “I dislike that,” “I don’t like this person,” “I don’t like that person”—are the entirety of the heart.
However, as we engage in the act of placing the waves of our fleeting thoughts into the words of the prayer, “May Peace Prevail on Earth,” the transient appearances of our everyday heart are steadily elevated.
And we are brought to the realization of “The heart was in Heaven,” “It was the True Heart,” “The True Heart has always been supporting the surface movements of the heart in daily life,” and “It was performing the function of connecting Heaven and Earth.” This is where we come to recognize “the preciousness of the workings of the heart.”
Yuka-sensei, Maki-sensei, if you have reflections on what you feel about the heart, please share them.

I also feel as Rika-sensei has expressed.
Recently, I have been consciously switching within myself between the “physical eyes” and the “Divine Eyes.”
When I look with the physical eyes at the phenomena occurring before me each day, my heart often becomes troubled, saddened, or distressed in response.
And whenever I see news of wars or disasters, I find myself thinking, “I must do something,” or “What should be done?”
In such situations, when I see and hear the world with the heart and the eyes of the body, and I begin to feel such thoughts, I gently close my eyes. As I do, my awareness gradually separates from the external phenomena I was perceiving.
I am earnestly practicing this shift: “At the moment I close my eyes, my awareness and the outer situation enter into the depths of consciousness.”
What I focus on within that is connecting with “the breath of the Universal God,” or “the breath of the Great Life.”
By simply doing so, as the “physical eyes” close, I clearly sense the “Divine Eyes” opening.
When I see with the “Divine Eyes,” I can perceive the whole on a much greater scale than with the physical eyes.
Even when the heart is pained, saddened, or reacting to phenomena while in the mode of the physical eyes, with the greater vision I can watch over it calmly.
When we look through the “Divine Eyes,” we begin to experience a transformation into the awareness that this is not the heart of the body or the eyes of the body, but rather, as Rika-sensei said earlier, the “Divinity in Heaven,” the “Heavenly Heart,” becoming one with it.
In one of GOI-sensei’s other poems, he wrote: “Things do not truly exist; they only appear to exist,” “All is like a cloud,” and “When one severs attachment by declaring it a ‘disappearing form,’ then the divine essence hidden in the depths of the heart emerges, and the true reality appears.”
I feel that this is connected with what we are speaking of now. When we see with the “Heavenly Heart,” with the “Divine Eyes,” our heart is lifted into the realization that the heart exists in Heaven, that all is one, that all is Divinity itself, and that even the phenomena occurring are, as they are, already perfect.
Within the “depths of the heart” lies the divine essence. To see this is what it means to see with the “Heavenly Heart,” with the “Divine Eyes.” GOI-sensei clearly revealed and taught us this difference.
When we practice this within our own awareness, we can connect to the “True Divine Heart” and receive from it a deep reassurance—a peace of heart that knows “all is truly all right.”
Even the reactions and reflexes that arise while looking with the heart and eyes of the body can be embraced within the realization: “Since the Divine is present within me as true essence, all is without problem, all is all right.” This is what I felt through the poem Kokoro that we reflected on today.
When we are carried by the habits of past lives and see through the physical eyes, we tend to perceive nations, borders, division, and conflict.
Yet if we, ahead of humanity, view the world through the Divine Eyes, then as Masami-sensei has said, even national borders dissolve.
Even such things, when seen in light of the Declaration “Humanity is Divinity,” become understood as “a process of reaching the Divine itself.” In this way, even within the incomplete aspects, we can perceive the divine essence, and we ourselves unite with the “Heavenly Heart.”
Such is the practice we engage in daily, closing our eyes.
We shift from “seeing” with the physical eyes to “beholding” with the Divine Eyes, feeling the “breath of the Great Life,” perceiving on another dimension. And what we connect with thereby also changes. This is something I, too, have come to feel through practice.
Today as well, with awareness of the poem Kokoro that Rika-sensei chose for us, I wish to return to my “True Heart” and savor the joy of praying together with you all. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much. Now, let us enter into the Special Program together.
When I say, “Special Program,” it is what we have always continued to do: the “Prayers for All Nations (the prayers for Japan and for the World Plates).”
But today, we will carry them out with awareness of the “True Heart,” the essence of the Kokoro that GOI-sensei spoke of.
As Rika-sensei said at the beginning, this world cannot simply be declared as “division is wrong, and oneness is the answer.”
Through division, we learn that “the fact there is division means there is meaning in its existence.” Through the existence of separation—“I am different from you”—we enter the process of coming to know the true self and to know the other.
Through our Divine Eyes, we are able to perceive something through difference. We are able to discover “the common essence that lies beyond differences.”
That is “Divinity.” And we come to realize through existence that “in truth, you and I were always one,” awakening to “the truth of life” and to “the true reality of the world in Divinity.”
It is we who can go back and forth between the divine world and the physical world, and when Masami-sensei says, “each of us has the power to choose,” I believe it refers to this freedom of choice—the choice to move between the two realms.
Therefore, as we pray for each country, though the countries are divided, we can appreciate the beauty and diversity that arises from division, the “human qualities” that come forth precisely because of division, and at the same time, through our prayers, radiate the “Divine Resonance” that affirms “each existence is itself Divinity.”
In this way, we connect with all beings as one.
GOI-sensei spoke of “the wave of Light that gently unites people with one another and directly connects Heaven and Earth.” By connecting with that wave of Light through prayer together with you, and by creating that wave of Light, we bring forth a sense of oneness within division, and within that oneness, the divine world of “all is peace” manifests upon this Earth. With such an image in mind, let us now begin our prayers today.

Thank you very much. To conclude, let us form the Divine Spark IN once.
Today, truly, more than a thousand people were united in “the heart we once had in Heaven,” in other words, the True Heart that exists from the beginning.
You all became pure Love itself, the resonance of the Divine itself, placing that resonance into your prayers and delivering it to each and every nation.
That time was truly filled with happiness and joy, becoming a wave of Light directly connecting Heaven and Earth.
I feel such joy in being able to engage in this sacred work—not alone, but together with all of you in prayer.
Today we came to know once again where the true “Heart” resides, and we were given the joy of praying with the pure Heart that is completely one with Heaven, without being swayed by the daily phenomena.
And so, at the very end, in that same spirit, with the conviction that behind every phenomenon lies the divine essence, I would now like to form together with you the Divine Spark IN once more, turning that conviction into a vibration of Light.

What I feel is that it is truly important to view the various phenomena happening before us as forms that are disappearing.
From now on, each time we witness disappearing forms, we must live in such a way that we do not grasp them, do not give them power, and do not create a future that extends the disappearing forms.
I believe the role of human beings as divine beings is to consider, to bring into action, and to manifest: “How can we cultivate the eyes to see the Divinity behind the disappearing forms, and how can we gain the power to keep looking from that perspective?”
We are not to create a future along the line of “War is occurring. Environmental changes are happening. Therefore, global warming will worsen, humanity will perish, and plants and animals will disappear.”
The disappearing form is, after all, merely “a form that appears and disappears.”
Precisely because of this, it is important to continue to acknowledge and recognize the “Divinity” that exists behind it. Every phenomenon, every human being, every existence has surely come to this Earth as “a drop of Divinity.”
Through the phenomena of “disappearing forms” that pass across the surface world, rather than judging them as “good” or “bad,” I wish for us to remain those who can believe in the “working of Divinity” and the “form of Divinity” behind them.
By believing in this way, it is drawn forth, and it begins to sprout.
When people cease to believe in the object they have recognized, it continues to appear to them in the form of imperfection.
Let us, through the Divine Eyes, behold the possibilities behind the surface: the possibilities of transformation, the possibilities of new creation, the possibility of becoming healthy through illness, the possibility of success through failure.
The reason we are able to continue beholding these possibilities is because we know the Truth that “behind every existence there is a drop of Divinity.”
To continue holding this “connection with Divinity” is what prayer is, and what our daily practice is.
I am grateful that today once again became a time to experience this together with you all. Thank you very much.

In the Video Prayer Gathering, there was a reflection that when we see the world through the physical eyes, we may be driven by an impatience, wondering, “Is it enough just to pray? Shouldn’t we take some kind of action?”
In connection with this, a few days ago I received an email from someone who had a similar question. Since the reply I sent to that person links closely with the content of this Video Prayer Gathering, I am including it here as an appendix.

After reading your email, I thought that perhaps there are people all over the world who carry similar concerns.
I have a clear answer to your question. To state the conclusion first: no matter what humanity may be thinking, speaking, or doing now, the day will surely come when all human beings remember their own Divinity.
However, it is a mistake to expect that everyone will become good all at once. This is because, since humanity first appeared on Earth, the threads of “erroneous thoughts and actions of Earth humanity” have become intricately entangled, and it is not easy to completely unravel them.
The God of the Universe, who created the cosmos and bestowed divine authority upon planetary societies, is all-knowing and all-powerful. The Guardian Spirits who have already graduated from human existence and ascended to the divine world also possess great power. Likewise, extraterrestrial beings from advanced civilizations also possess powers that, from the perspective of Earth humanity, are equal to those of gods.
Such higher-dimensional, divine beings are now uniting their strength, praying for the awakening of Earth humanity’s consciousness. On hearing this, you may think: “If such powerful beings exist, why not intervene directly and forcibly awaken Earth humanity?”
Yet at the same time, the Creator God of the Universe has given free will to the humanity of each planet. This is due to the following background.
When a new planet is developed, on one side, divine humanity from other advanced stars descends, and on the other side, indigenous peoples born on that planet exist. Over the course of history, these people intermix physically and spiritually.
The development of a planet corresponds to the process in which the souls of people from advanced stars and the souls of the indigenous peoples fuse together, blending strengths and weaknesses, and growing into greater, more harmonious souls.
At the same time, the Great God of the Universe places Guardian Spirits and Guardian Deities within the souls of the humanity of underdeveloped planets. Every human being, through the process of inner evolution, must become one with such protection of divine spirits. This is an essential lesson for humanity to remember its Divinity.
To accomplish this requires hundreds of thousands of years. From the perspective of planetary birth, the divine beings of the Universe are guiding new stars into great harmony over spans of billions of years.
Earth is still in the midst of its evolutionary process. Within that process, there must be people who reawaken their Divinity ahead of others. That is us.
We are conscious that we are members of the Divine. Through the eyes of God, even though humanity may appear imperfect, in the depths of life it is a harmonious existence.
If you think of yourself only as a physical being, you cannot see or feel that perfection. But even while living in this age, when you find the Light of God within your heart and fully acknowledge it as your true essence, then in regard to worldly events you can reawaken within your heart a universal Love that transcends judgments of right and wrong, like and dislike.
It becomes clear that every existence has a reason to be. If Putin or Netanyahu had no reason to exist, God would erase them. But God does not do such a thing.
Why not? Because God sees all people as His own children and knows very well that the timing for each individual to remember the Truth of Life differs.
What is important is to view the world with God’s consciousness. As long as you believe yourself to be only a physical being, you cannot reawaken the eyes of God. That is why, in daily life, it is important to continually hold in your heart the divine words, the words of Light, the words of Truth, carried upon the rhythm of calm breathing.
If we do not truly reawaken our own Divinity, other human beings will not be saved. Conversely, if we live united with our Divine Self, then with each person who lives in such a way, the dawn of a radiant future for Earth will come sooner.
It is arrogance to think you can change others. The only one you can change is yourself. What is important is that as you grow, you naturally exert good influence upon those around you and inspire others.
Therefore, reincarnations of high-level divine spirits such as you and I need not worry. In the process of refining and uplifting ourselves, we radiate Light to humanity and sow seeds of Divinity.
The responsibility to let those seeds sprout belongs to each individual. And each individual has Guardian Spirits and Guardian Deities. To look upon this world with eyes of doubt is, in strong words, blasphemy against God.
For God has laid out a plan for every star to become a noble star, granting to each planetary humanity both the effort and the power to complete its world by its own strength.
Whatever power is lacking is supplemented by the people of elder stars in the Universe. The time will come when the people of the Universe will appear in materialized form. At that time, humanity will be confused, but eventually the confusion will subside, and humanity will acknowledge that its life is Divine and begin to walk the path we ourselves have walked.
At that time, we will use the power of telepathy to show and convey the way of Divinity to people of different languages.
When the time comes, everything will be revealed. Until then, entrust all destiny to your Guardian Spirits, and live doing your utmost best.
Criticizing, condemning, and judging the world changes nothing. To take actions opposing something only lowers oneself to the same level and creates further conflict.
Peace of the heart is everything. Your True Heart (Divinity) will be able to accept all these truths.
All is well. Worrying in advance is a waste of time.
Let us live simply by acknowledging the Divinity of humanity. For that, it is essential to practice never doubting your own Divinity. When doubt disappears from the heart, absolute trust in Divinity reawakens.
At that moment, you will be able to recognize Divinity in every person, to accept all things positively, and to live in peace of heart.
